The Bluffs at Skaha Hills

Situated on the East hills bordering the Okanagan and Skaha Lakes this project includes earthworks and servicing 40 residential lots in Penticton. Unique challenges include drilling and blasting up to 60,000 m3 of rock in an urban location, lot grading on steep slopes, trench blasting, rock hammering, and working with the public to ensure the project has as minimal an impact as possible to the neighborhood during  construction. This included producing materials on site to use for lot preparation to reduce trucking in the community neighborhood.
